Titan Company, Marico, Bank of Baroda, SJVN in spotlight As on : 08-Jan-24  08:58

Titan Company: The Tata Group company on Friday announced that it has registered 22% year on year (YoY) growth in revenue for the quarter ended 30 December 2023. Titan added a total of 90 stores during the quarter, taking the group's retail presence to 2,949 stores.

Marico: The FMCG major said that its India business reported low-single digit volume growth in Q3 FY24, with low single-digit growth in Parachute Coconut Oil. Marico has also reported a slight sequential improvement in its core portfolio.

Union Bank of India: The public lender reported 10.69% rise in domestic advances to Rs 8,66,689 crore as on 31 December 2023 as against Rs 7,83,009 crore recorded as on 31 December 2022.

Bank of Baroda: Bank of Baroda reported 13.41% increase in domestic advances to Rs 8,62,162 crore as on 31 December 2023 from Rs 7,60,249 crore recorded on 31 December 2022.

Adani Wilmar: The edible oil major on Friday announced that it has reported 6% year on year volume growth in Q3 FY24, driven by increasing penetration of packaged oil and food.

Godrej Industries: Godrej Industries on Friday announced that its chemical division has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat to invest Rs 600 crore in Valia over the next four years.

Godrej Consumer Products: The FMCG company reported double-digit growth in volume terms in India for December quarter, with the operating environment remaining similar to the second quarter.

Force Motors: The company registered 16.82% increase in domestic sales to 2,174 units in December 2023 from 1,861 units sold in December 2022.

Jupiter Wagons: The company announced the receipt of a contract from one of the leading automobile manufacturers for the manufacturing and supply of 4 rakes of Double Decker Automobile Carrier Wagons worth around Rs 100 crores.

SJVN: The power generation company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SJVN Green Energy (SGEL) has signed a power usage agreement (PUA) with Uttarakhand Power Corporation for supply of 200 megawatt (MW) solar power capacity.
